They soar high on wind currents and dive down with incredible speed and agility. Stand by with your camera for an amazing show of feeding eagles.
On the lookout...
Missed shooting the dive but here he is coming out of the dive...
The strike! Sorry 'bout the out of focus bit. They are so fast that my lenses could not keep up.
Here's another just after the strike...
This had a different pattern..
Having a go at lunch..

Moggie how can you say that it is great...the pictures are blurrrrry except for one or two :P junk that lens DM get a faster lens (evil grin)
Poison, poison, poison
Will you big boys quit bickering about the sharpness of the photos, the lens, the speed, etc and just admire the magnificent creatures!! I could sit and watch them the whole day!!
Canon EF/L 300MM F4? With that I can get a picture that you could count the feathers individually.. hehe. When I get the new lens, we go there and skip all the other tours... watch and shoot eagles only.. until we 'puas' or the eagles all 'pau-pau'.
Hi Dive!! Welcome back! Missed ya! These are spectacular shots of the eagle!! My favorites are the 1st one and the 5th one!! Wow...really beautiful!!
Luv, smiles and sunshine to ya from Texas!!,
