Thailand-Ko Similan 2001 (Misc)

My first attempts at Underwater Digital Photography. Equipment was a 3 megapixel Sony P-1 and housing with Red Correction Filter.

Like a mothership of an alien spacecraft, this jellyfish commands awe and respect.


A pair of 'masked' butterflyfishes. Remarkable clear waters.


A shoal of small frys playing peek-a-boo. Approach them and they will retreat into safety between the crevices of the hard coral below.

    Gee underwater shots are always so nice and colourful! Really tempting to take up diving.

    Now 2006 you only manage to process 2001 pictures :P
